Guest guest
Hi I am so sorry you are having such a rough time. I am sure it is so hard to be quitting smoking and doing the diet Can you get out and go for short walks. Keep your mind occupied. Watch old movies or comedies. That is what kept me off cheating. I hope you start to feel better soon. I'm so scaird right now. The quitting smoking has me so high in anxiety and the diet...like it has done before..has my stomach knotted up and so nautious I ....well ...cheating at this stage only hurts worst. It's been two months building to this point of no real cheating. I look green in the face by end of day..as well as in the a.m. I'm in the bed for at least 12 to 15 hours. I'm a follower of Christ, yet I get to where I just want to die. My stomach feels like dry rott! Do we all go through an extemely difficult phase where we feel like food poisoning has taken over our bodys? Like this I can't even stay in bed. I know from qitting smoking before that I go through very intense anxiety like this, but usually can eat some junk food for a month or so to somewhat placate some pleasure centers. I looked on Bees sight to find symptoms of nausea and food poisoning, but I didn't find it, I'm grinding my teeth and afraid of everything! I know I've had this candida at least 15-18 years.... I need to persevere, but how long will my stomach be like this. Is it just candida dying off at too fast a rate and overloading my liver? Any suggestion would be great. No one is helping me with this. Christ is helping..yet my mind...isn't thinking in a christ like manor. ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Tuesday, February 7, 2012 10:37 PM Subject: Re: Re: : Sauerkraut I think you can eat it at any stage, you will be able to tell if it is not fully fermented, you will get a sensation in your gut i am sure Anyway, do you know that this one is allowed on Bees diet http://www.iherb.com/Eden-Foods-Sauerkraut-Organic-32-oz-907-g/12085?at=0 Love joanne said............
