ADRENAL FATIGUE by L. is a fine book on the subject. If you are

still eating grains, you might want to eliminate. They can contribute to low

iron. (Once I stopped eating these, my iron became normal for the first time in

my life.) DANGEROUS GRAINS by Braly and Ron Hoggan is an excellent source

of info about that issue and more. Both are very reader-friendly.

Feel better,

Hi,

At least your triglycerides are low, and that is the most important, as starches

and sugar make it rise. Your body may need that higher cholesterol levels at

this time for healing, and some people who have the gene APOE4 have a more

difficult time getting cholesterol into the brain, and their bodies liver makes

more of it to compensate. You may not need that iron, and wonder how much D you

are taking. coconut oil helps with low thyroid, and if you start on it you have

to monitor it closely. If you have not checked out www.healingnatuallybybee.com

That is a good place to start.

Thanks so much .. very helpful again... i take 3000- 4000 of vitamin d... 4

times a week. Its one of those liquid vitamin d where each drop is 900 or so and

i end adding 5-6 drops in my smoothie in the morning along with one big spoon of

coconut oil. Just a little confused about what you meant with monitor the

intake of coconut oil closely ??

Is Bee's diet close to the ketogenic diet?
