Hello Paz

Recently my pain neuro told me to make sure I was take magnesium every day to

help with pain and to help with being constipated since some of the meds I am on

cause it. She did say to get magnesium citrate- of course I had just bought a

bottle of reg magnesium so I am going to take that and then order the citrate

version when I am low. When I have lots of pain I take it three times a day my

dosage is 250mg a pill so its 750mg and I do fine on it. Most days I take it

twice a day

Good luck with it

Ciao-

Ange
