I ate the most for a breakfast, and divided the rest 2 times, as part of a meal. I had to take some more coconut oil to get my rations though. I used 4 eggs 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 tbs coconut oil 1/4 tsp green leaf stevia 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 large vanilla beans scrapped out I whipped the eggs, and put them in a blender, the butter and coconut oil I melted together in a pan, and added the rest as it melted. I then put them in the blender with eggs, and blended-then in a glass bowl and in the freezer. I took it out and stirred it after about an hour and back in freezer until solid. It tasted really good to me. My family said it did not taste sweet enough, but I am not actually trying for a sweet taste. They are not on the diet. C.
