Guest guest
Okay, Tabitha, We can guarantee that we can make your health so much better. I was in your position with the medication that I decided on my own to get off from after seeing positive results from the health routine I began to follow. My medicationNeurontin, was prescribed for the fibro itself. I also was walking with a cane to get around. I described my pain as a twenty from a chart of one to ten. That tells you what sort of pain I was experiencing including siezure type pain during the night. About two years ago, I began going to acupuncture treatments. I was blessed to have a college of Chinese traditional medicine. They have discounted prices, so this give me the opportunity to afford the treatments. After eight months of these sessions, I have not used them. They worked! I also took all boxed products out of my food list. I turned to protein and organic vegetables. If in pain, I began taking Braggs unfiltered apple cider vinegar...two ounces to to ounces of water three times a day. As the pain subsided I weaned myself to two ounces to one ounce until the pain left. We discovered on this site the benefits of pure virgin coconut oil and am using that now. The way to health WILL be a long road, since it takes a while to detoxify your body and get it used to a new regimen that it is not accustomed to. You see your body has gotten used to living a certain way...in foods, in medication, even in pain. With patience and research you can lead a close to normal life. I am living it now...that does not mean I do not have Fibro anymore. It means that I can do a bit more than I used to. I can assure you will be able to do the same...be patient, read the research here, follow the techniques, use what helps. God Bless You, we are all happy you're on board. ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Wednesday, March 28, 2012 10:27 PM Subject: Re: : Double Vision  Today is my first day on the group.I think I joined yesterday. The hope you all are giving me, is like giving me life.I thought there was no cure, and when I would hear someone say it, it was difficult to believe that I could have this outcome.I mean Sisters, I am so sick. I have been literally on death's bed from Fibro and the complications. I am barely able to walk around my house, and the pain, oh the pain,I can't even take a deep breath or lay on my back to breathe without pain.I just got diagnosed with severe sleep Apnea so I am sleep with a c pap and I have diabeties from the years of steroids the dr.'s had me on. Now I have seizures from the seizure medication they had me on for pain.I mean I could really go on and on. I suffered 7 years with Fibro, till I finally gave in to the dr.'s drugs, because I couldn't handle it anymore. Now I am on allot of prscription medication. I do eat a healthy diet. I am on a raw vegan diet, when I can afford the produce. I do not use no dairy at all, I drink almond milk. I make sure I sit in the sun each day .Anyway, my hands are killing me so i will type to you tomorrow. Gentle Hugs,Tabby > > Oh, Tabby, > > How long have you been on this site? Guest guest
Thank you for all your wisdom I too struggle financially.I am on S.S. disability from Fibromyalgia. When I read the emails from this group, I have paper and pen so I can write your advice. I am open to learn, and I have faith I can get well, with this groups advice and help.I know I may not ever be completely cured, but ease of pain and being able to walk and to be able to do housework again , would be so wonderful Love,Tabby On Thu, Mar 29, 2012 at 11:19 AM, maria betancourt < studiosanmiguel@...> wrote: > ** > > > Okay, Tabitha, > > We can guarantee that we can make your health so much better. > > I was in your position with the medication that I decided on my own > > to get off from after seeing positive results from the health routine I > began > to follow. Guest guest
I don't feel like a high fat diet is right for me.I weigh over 200 pounds already and fat is what clogs the arteries.I have high cholesterol already.I can see not having the carbs, I try not to do that anyway with me being diabetic. The only fats I eat in my diet are olive or grape seed oil, avocados, and raw nuts.
