Hello

My foot doctor told me over a year ago that B1 is essential for our nerves and

that in the 50's doctors used to tell people for foot nerve pain to take it. She

tested me and I was low so I do take it

Ciao-

Ange

Hi Joanne,

I bought some B 1, but bought the one with just a little calcium in it, by

mistake-I do not think it is enough to bother me though. I am not really sure

how the extra B 1 will go, but will see.
