Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I bought some B 1, but bought the one with just a little calcium in it, by mistake-I do not think it is enough to bother me though. I am not really sure how the extra B 1 will go, but will see. C > > > > > > I am a little confused with this B1 thing. I agree it sounds like a good idea having extra, but I do not understand why Bee is choosing B1 over the other B vitamins. B6 B9 and B12 all also help with depression. > > I know I should ask Bee, not you really, but I am going to read up on this first. I know we get a lot of b vitamins from the diet, and 100mg is generally recommended by many sites as a safe level. More B1 is probably safe too but I do know many people with fibro and similar illnesses that are saying B6 B9 and B12 are particularly helpful. I dont really know when any of these B vitamins become toxic. I am going to read up on this but I suspect it will take my head a while to understand this. My brain does not function well with things that sound similar, these all being Bs will take me a while I guess. I know I got mixed up with B9 and B12 the other day. Anyway, I will read, but was wondering what you think > > Love Joanne > > > said........... > > On Bee's board she is now recommending B1 twice a day-100 mg each, along with your b complex, for depression and actually to benefit all of us. I just got some today. > >
