Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I do think with just vegetables, it is a form of starvation, as you are missing so many nutrients. The cancer may go away, but could still come back, and if you stay with no protein, you will suffer down the line. I think we are better protected, as the cancer will also go away, and we do not have to go into starvation mode, if we keep up the good fat, and some protein, and very low carb. Wish your daughter could quit smoking. It is like sugar, it can take many years, but eventually, the body cannot handle the toxins anymore. some on Bee's group try to go back to properly soaked grains, and some more carbs, but they say they end up going back to too many carbs again. Not sure I am healed enough to do grains again. They are too high in omega 6 anyway. c > > > > I still do not fully understand why people that go on an organic vegan style diet do get cancer cleared up. > My daughter, as you know gets lumps in her breasts, her biological fathers family mainly died of cancer, some breast cancer > > She has decided that she is not taking any more artificial hormones and eats more or less Weston Price. She has told me she is having no more mamograms and she is not having any more lumps removed. Her health is good. The lumps rise and fall with her menstral cycle, I usually advise her to increase her vitamin C. She is not worried about the lumps, but I am concerned because she still smokes. Bee says the diet is more important than the giving up smoking, I do not fally agree with this, I think the smoking should be stopped, but she is not stopping and so I simply have to put faith in the diet, which I am doing > > Love Joanne > > > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Tuesday, 28 February 2012, 5:34 > Subject: Gerson treatment > > > Â > Hi, I found on Bee's site about cancer and Gerson and other treatments. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cancer1.php > > c > > > > >
Guest guest
I am a Vegan so is my wife. She had Fybro and has been healed. We both are also Pro Natural Bodybuilders. The veggie base diets helps the cancer patients recover because they need the antioxitants to fight the free radicals. Just to provide some info and the vegan sources of protein. Fruits and Veggies have branced chaim admino acids and this converts over to protein. Check it out. God bless! ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Wednesday, February 29, 2012 10:45 AM Subject: Re: Re: Why do some people on a vegan style diet get well from cancer?   I have been thinking about this today, about the vegan diets and how they help cancer. I think they work in a similar way to what the water fasting does. As you know i water fast one day a month and this has helped me a lot with my recovery, and occasionally i do it for more than one day, but i agree with you, there comes a point where stringent fasting is actually starvation.  this is a but hard to explain, but basically water fasting clears residual toxin, those bits of toxin the body is struggling with, and following this i feel energized, really anew, nice and clean, vibrant and so on, but something in me tells me it would be wrong to push this beyond a certain level, and you are right, about the nurishment  how i do it is i water fast which gives me high ketosis andlow toxicity, the following days i work very hard to stick to the diet precisely, only eating the correct foods and taking the correct supplements, checking ratios etc. I do this for a week or so and that week ias by far my best week of the month. but ad the month goes by i find myself slipping, getting lazy if you like, not quit as commited, not doing everything spot on. I will last 2 or 3 weeks being a bit slouchy but by week 4 I need a water fast to get me back on form again, the water fast is my marker, it is the day that puts me back on track and brings great reward  But still as marvolous as the cleanse is with water fasting my body knows it needs proper nutrition and that is what the diet does it gives me good nutrtion that keep me strong  Now i cannot digest vegetable at the best of times, I can as you know only have a handful. So clearly an all plant food diet would not be best for me. But basically what I am seeing and understanfing is that veganism, provides some nutrition but when the body does not have sufficient fat and protein, the small intestine is working much harder digesting all those carbs. A lot of nutrition is not absorbed and so whilst in the beginning, like a water fast it will cleanse and energise even, as the weeks and months go by this same treatment might start taking its toll on the body  I do know a lot of people on bees board who were doing well with the gerson therpay say later either their illness returned or something else appeared. With the diet we are doing from what i see those folk that get healed that stay with the diet are remaining well, it is only them that give it up that are getting poorly again  Love joanne To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Tuesday, 28 February 2012, 23:31 Subject: Re: Why do some people on a vegan style diet get well from cancer?  Hi Joanne, I do think with just vegetables, it is a form of starvation, as you are missing so many nutrients. Guest guest
Hi to you and your wife. We on another group have been talking about the pro and con of each way of eating. I found this on taurine deficiency. When I did not get much meat and fat, I had a lot more problems. Note that taurine is a major antioxidant. Vegans are highly at risk for this deficiency. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/taurine-deficiency.html The next article mentions that taurine supplements are not a good idea either. http://www.buzzle.com/articles/taurine-dangers-of-taurine.html Of course the Weston Price foundation and vegetarianism continue to battle it out. I read this article and the comments below it. Please read Dr Betts- his comment, who started eating meat again. He says we can only handle going without meat for 20 years-eventually, the lack of nutrients take its toil. Many on Bee's group were former vegetarians, and it was not easy to start eating meat again, but they did, and saw health improvements. I got along a lot better cutting out all grains, starchy vegetables, and most all nuts, and seeds, and increasing my meat and fat. I ate more meat at home, but when I left home, I cut down on meat, and never ate much meat fat. I started hurting, and had more health problems. Now that I eat more meat, I am so much better. How long have you been Vegans? We here on this group respect your views, but we care about your welfare, and do not want to see anyone suffer on down the line. http://www.westonaprice.org/vegetarianism-and-plant-foods/not-to-go-vegetarian C. > > > > > > > > I still do not fully understand why people that go on an organic vegan style diet do get cancer cleared up. > > > My daughter, as you know gets lumps in her breasts, her biological fathers family mainly died of cancer, some breast cancer > > > > She has decided that she is not taking any more artificial hormones and eats more or less Weston Price.
