Guest guest
I have never heard of these, but will look into it.I do have calcium citrate, that I recently bought,as I was reading about how it can block oxalate absorbtion.Which is a bif issue in autism, and oxalates seem to make my son more aggressive.I do have a small garden, and buy some from farmers markets or there a couple of stores in towns that carry some organic. Guest guest
Hi Tina, Hope you also have the magnesium citrate to go along with the calcium. Seems Bee said we are more protected from damage by oxalates by the supplements and the diet. I read some on oxalates in Weston Price site. I probably do get some from my veggie choices. Not sure it makes me aggressive, but on Bee's diet, I am much more outgoing. I have never had any kidney stones.
