Guest guest
Hi, this is on Bee's list http://www.swansonvitamins.com/NWF030/ItemDetail The powdered C can be good to give to children, or to add to filtered water, and to the bath to take out chlorine. I have never done the enemas, but may later do so. Best, C. I couldn't find info you were talking about regarding Vitamin C. As far as I can tell Bee recommends C as ascorbic acid powder. I couldn't find that it should have bioflavinoids ?(sp) > > > Hugs >
Guest guest
Hi Joanne, i went back to bee's group to check. you can add a table spoon or 1000 mg of the powder to the bath, when using a filter pitcher, you can leave our for 24 hours to dispel the chlorine, but not sure how much C you can add to the pitcher to remove chlorine. There are some filters, that remove floride, but may take out other minerals as well. The diet of high fat does help us detox heavy metals. c > > > > I did not know about the Vitamin C and chlorine in the water, I just thought we were stuck with that. Will try this. Do you know of anyway of filtering out some of the floride? > > Love Joanne
