Silicone rupture and explant

Hi! My name is Pam and I am new to the group. I really don't know how

this works, but I'll keep trying. I keep geting emails, but not

directed to me. I had double lumen silicone implants removed 7-06-2006.

I was feeling pretty good. My white blood cells are always high and now

my urine culture keeps coming back showing blood, which I can't see.

Doc wants me to see an uroligist Nov9. I think it is the free silicone

that is floating around in my body. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I know

how I feel. I went to Er the other day. My side has been hurting and my

cheeks and nose are red. I had a tight grip feeling on the back of my

neck, with blurred vision from time to time. I talked the doctor into

giving me antibiotics which seem to make me feel better. It has taken

the red out of my face. I can't live on antibiotics for the rest of my

life. Has anyone had this kind of problem? And what do you do for it???

My left implant had to be put into two different cups. There was

nothing left of it. Looked like chicken fat parts in a heavy gel.I

really don't know how to communicate with someone using this site.

Having alot of other problems, but that will be another time. Pam
