have you tried Guaifenesin ? I read its great for fatigue and muscle pains and stiffness ...goggle it. I bought some and I'm going to try tonight.

Thanks My pill is 400 mgs can I cut that in half ? It does have silicone dioxide in it ...hope that ok ...the brand is mucus relief it has guaifenesin 400 mg in it..walmart brand

Hi, this is Pam. Still new to the group. Hasn't anyone heard of Xango???? I got on this in April and am now getting other people on it. It is the best thing out there. It is made of the fruit, mangosteen, which comes from Asia. They took the fruit and rind and put it into a health juice. It has 46 anti oxidants in it. Me, too, but for us termites and carpenter invade the structural

materials of our house unless we spray some. We do minimum treatment

for those specific insects. I guess it's a choice one has to make. :-(
