Hi Klaire

When I do the cleanse without the Epsom Salts (and I've done it both ways), I

have done a juice fast on the day of the cleanse. But aside from doing that,

I would suggest not eating solid food after 12:00. I drink large amounts of

fresh juiced apple juice, which also acts as a laxative and by evening I feel

completely cleaned out.

The only difference, really is that the Epsom Salts seem to ...um....activate

some sort of bowel activity (in the sense of feeling the need to " go " even

when nothing comes out when you try.) At least that's the effect they had on

me. This might actually be helpful when the stones start moving. The

apple juice really does clean me out, but maybe it just takes longer for the

stones to be eliminated?

To be honest, though, I don't really see much of a difference at all between

doing the cleanse with the ES and doing it without. That's just been my own

experience - each body is different, though.

in health,

Hi,

I'm not sure exactly what your question is, but if it's wondering about

the painful gas after the cleanse, then I would suggest this person

might have benefited from doing a parasite/bowel/kidney cleanse before

doing the liver cleanse. Dr. claims that you can feel quite ill

doing a liver cleanse if you've not done the other cleanses first.

Can't respond to the other questions, as I'm only familiar with the

cleanse.
