Hi Jim If you can get them at the hospital in two weeks, why wouldn't they let you pick them up now and fill them in at your leisure? -- Lyndi
Guest guest
Jim A lot of stationery stores have legal forms. There is usually a legal forms store where attorneys get some forms. Call an attorney and ask where you might find a form for a living will. They aren't usually that expensive. Good luck! Maybe contacting these people http://ohpco.org/living_will.htm Ohio Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (OHPCO), a non-profit organization Sojourner >Jim wrote: >I have been trying to find a free living will but so far no luck. I went to the links that you guys helped with but so far I have run into a dead end. But I'm still trying.
Guest guest
By law you have to be offered one any time any invasive type work is done, and all the hospitals around here also offer you one for preop and blood tests to. They also have to take the time to explain and make sure you know what one really means. That may be why that make us wait till we get to the hospital to get one. Its one of those cover your hiney type things I would think. ron --- Lyndi wrote: > Hi Jim > > If you can get them at the hospital in two weeks, > why wouldn't > they let you pick them up now and fill them in at > your leisure?
