I wrote a letter to Kay Baily Hutchison about my Air Force Reserve Medical Records being lost and having medical documentation problems and three weeks later, I got an e-mail from the SG with the information I need. Your V.A. representative, bless their hearts, are usually some retired folks as ourselves trying to have a job and help others. It is time that you send a letter to your congressman. If you do not know who it is, go to you state government website and it is listed there. Also, there are VA regional and national representatives and other avenues to report your problem. I am e-mailing you privately and will try to help you all I can with the avenues I know after I get your branch of services and your contacts. I was an auditor and Hospital Administrator for the Air Force Reserves and in for 26 years in different branches and also worked for the VA hospitals and clinics. Hope I can help somehow, will try. I have contacted my congressman Randy Kuhl in the state of NY. I found there useless they only provide Lip service, as far as the VA rep our 100% right the one i am dealing with is retired military and to be honest i dont think cares one way or the other he is collecting a pay check but now from both sides and you know the military you never say anything bad while your in same goes as him to the VA. I think they should work and be paid by an outsider cause this way they can be fair to teh veterans not giving them lip service cause they have to worry about there high paying government safe job Rob
