Lora, Dr. Melmed in Dallas does very good work . . . However, you MUST be sure he commits to removing ALL the capsule and leaves the drains in until there is no significan drainage. If your implants are gel, he will do that as a matter of course. He doesn't always do that with salines. He is one of our most outspoken plastic surgeons - against breast implants. . . His fee is very reasonable - if you pay up front. I believe there is a doctor in Houston as well . . . His name is in the archives under recommended doctors. Hugs, Rogene
