I can understand that completely! There's definitely no " requirement " to

catch and examine the stones. I would encourage you, though, to at least

take a look before you flush. You'll be amazed at what you see and it will

probably encourage you!

nne, maybe it's the stones that are making your stomach weak. When they are

out...you can look at them with a stronger stomach! Just a thought. of
