Guest guest Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 Thank you ! I wish it would not have taken me 12 years to realize that candida was the major cause for my suffering. I am convinced that FMS is just a misdiagnosis for candida. The improvement I have made in the past year and especially the past 5 months is amazing. I am so glad groups like this and Bee's website opened my eyes. I am still ahve a few healing reactins here and there but they are nothing compared to how I felt before. My healing reactions last less than 24 hours now and really less than 24 hours most of the time. I am not sure where you live but have you ever watched Know the Cause with Doug Kaufmann? It is on the Christian Television Network at 10:30 EST. It is all about candida. He has a website, too. I have been following his diet more than Bee's the past few weeks (his is very similar to hers) and both diets have changed my life. I have reversed my symptoms by a decade or more. I am confident that by the end of the year I will be a " normal " person. One thing I will never do is go back to eating foods that made me sick to begin with. I really do not miss any of them anyways and I have grown to love other foods that I never ate previously. I hope we all can be healed and feel like we did before thsi illness.
