Guest guest
I don`t have that.I will look into it.I`m kind of torn about the magnesium thing,as i know in the autism protocols, they say, magnesium is easy to absorb orally, and they say to use epsom salts or magnesium sulfate cream.I have used oral magnesium before and did not notice a difference, but it was magnesium citrate,so,I will investigate that, thankyou. Guest guest
Hi Tina, The magnesium citrate works with the calcium citrate, and Bee says to take equal amounts. The epsom salt works to draw toxins out, but we still need some magnesium in our diet. Also bee says to take epsom salt baths only a couple of times a week, and so it is not the same as getting nutrient magnesium. Hope this helps some, as it is so hard to get a balance. c > > I don`t have that.I will look into it.I`m kind of torn about the magnesium thing,as i know in the autism protocols, they say, magnesium is easy to absorb orally, and they say to use epsom salts or magnesium sulfate cream.I have used oral magnesium before and did not notice a difference, but it was magnesium citrate,so,I will investigate that, thankyou. >
