Dr. Mahoney at St. Mike's Hospital in Toronto does an en bloc procedure. I stress that he does not believe the implants make us ill so I recommend that anyone seeking his expertise not go in discussing your health woes and how you think the implants are causing them. Just be assertive enough to explain that you want your implants out.
