Hello Paz

You really should try to get most of the electric things out of your bedroom.

Especially anything like clocks near your head. I dont where a watch either and

I keep my alarm clock in the bathroom which is good cause it forces me to get

out of bed.

Also you might try dry brushing before you go to bed to help you detox. I also

have a heated mattress cover that I use during the winter that does help me

sleep a full night most nights. I too have a small TV in my bedroom but it is

over 14 feet from my head.

All the furniture I have in my bedroom is wood

Ciao-

Ho Joanne and April,

I think you're right Joanne. I was doing better with the Gerson Therpay and then

when I started this diet it worsened (due to what you explaines I guess), but

now it is getting better. I am sleeping now longer than 3 hours in a row. I did

get the McKenna book and CD for sleeping better but for whatever reason the

CD did not help me. I do not have problems falling asleep but staying asleep as

long as I want, 6 hrs. I do have to say that I did not follow all his good

advise because some of it is difficult to me. I love falling asleep watching TV

and I do have all my electrical equipment in my bedroom. I do turn off

everything, so maybe if I followed this advice it would be also beneficial, but

I am sure it will be better once I settle well into the rhythms of this

diet.Cariños,Paz

I have just started to do it - I do it before bed and again in the am before I

shower. I do more in the morning then I do at night. So far I have not noticed

it being a stimulant. I am recovering from an angiogram and embolisim to my

brain for a fistula so maybe that is why its not stimulating me.

Ange,

You don't find skin brushing before bed might be stimulating? I want to do

it before bed but I'm concerned it might keep me awake longer.
