Guest guest
Hi Ira. I mean not eating for 4 hours before you start the epsom salts (like all the other recipes suggest). We did our flushes late so you just adjust the time. Yes, I did mean 3 1/2 TBS epsom salt. But you only take it once, in the eve and once in the morning. Other cleanses have you taking less E.S., but taking it twice in the eve and twice in the morning. 1 or 1 1/2 hours after you take the epsom salt you can start the oil/grapefruit (you will probably have a good evacuation first from all the E.S.). You said: " I take it that each of the four drinks consists of 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit? " YES, Ira, that's right. And rest on your right side on the couch or bed with your head slightly up, between drinks. Try to get that 4th drink down, but if you absolutely can't it's probably still going to work for you. This is the flush husband got out that 1and 1/4 inch stone and lots of others! The basic idea is the same as the other flushes, Ira...we just use more. This is very similar to other recipes that use more. Remember chew gum or suck a mint if you need between drinks or in bed. The no fat meals are eaten both days. My experience is the Epsom salts are very fast acting and don't cause the cramping C. Sagrada does. I did a flush last and didn't use enough ES and used much less oil/grapefruit and had a total failure! So we like this recipe. Ask me if you have any other questions. I hope to do my next flush tomorrow or the day after.
