Guest guest
, Diet and exercise should definitely help, and I know that certain Hollywood types have also used colonics and enemas to get that stomach bulge to go away. But tightening those muscles through exercise is sure to make a difference. You may also want to consider checking for gluten intolerance. I don't want to sound like a broken record on this one, but it just seems to me that for years I ignored the suggestion that I could have a gluten issue, only to finally take the leap to be tested (even with no symptoms of digestive upset or illness) and lo and behold, I AM gluten intolerant! I'm avoiding gluten completely, so I'll let you know how I progess with losing weight and my stomach, but shared with us months ago that after fighting weight issues for years, she finally lost 22 pounds going gluten free!
