Guest guest Posted March 19, 2012 Report Share Posted March 19, 2012 Dr. Oz (repeat show) spoke of sleep well enhancers...those who can eat oats, recommendation ish oatmeal before bedtime. Another interesting one I caught was turn off all LED lights includes florescent, machine, at least thirty minutes before bedtime. This leads the body to relax, I say from EFM toxicity but that is my conclusion. Did not see but only a few minutes today so I do not have all the easy sleep helps.
