This is what says to clean out your plumbing.He made a concoction of stewed

prunes,coconut milk ,apricots and ginger.Puree it and put it in deserts,oce

cream or whatever.This is the phillippino man that made his own coconut oil.Had

his own shop,and many faithfull customers.He lived to be 102 I think it said.
