I've read other places that people eating eggs (albeit raw) in

smoothies can have this happen to them. Perhaps the eggs have some

type of effect similar to the oil/epson salt combo? Eggs have fat and

a lot of sodium.

Just a thought.

There's no sodium in the Epsom salts, though...

I'm about to try my first cleanse tonight, but it has happened

earlier that I have eliminated chaff and/or a very few stones, but

not a lot.

Gee, Barry, I've heard about people having stoneless flushes, but this is the

first I've heard of flushless stones! :)

I think it's an interesting thought - to create sort of a " flush simulation " .

I guess if a person was to eat a non-fat diet for a day or so (yes, I know

it's not healthy to do that on an extended basis) and then consume a meal

that not only has fat but also has oil - it is sort of a version of the

actual cleanse!

Well - all I can say is " Wahoo! " that those stones are out of you. What a

bonus!! :)

thanks for sharing the story, Barry.

Thanks ,

I think since starting these flushes (4 under my belt now), and also

because of that last flush being a 'power-flush', this has caused my

body to change somewhat and maybe retain some oil for mid flush

eliminations. haha I don't think it would have came out this easily

if I wasn't already on a regular flush schedule. Just another bonus

with all this I guess. My body will produce a mini-flush between

flushes because I am conditioning my body with the flushes. :-)

I like your 'stoneless flushes vs. flushless stones'. Good one. haha

By the way, congrats on flush 7. Every flush is good. :-)

Barry.
