I did my first cleanse one month ago. It was amazing. I passed about 3oo stones, and I was conservative when I counted them. When I took the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th dose of the epsom salts using Hulda s recipe, I got really COLD. I had to get under blankets and take a hot shower to help. Is this normal? Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm getting ready to do my 2nd cleanse and I dread it happing again as it was VERY uncomfortable. Also, I have a history of panic attacks, anxiety, and sleep problems, depression and constant pain in my upper chest and back. Will all of these horrible symptoms improve after I do so many cleanses? I used to teach school and had to quit due to extreme fatigue later diagnosed a chronic fatigue and fibro. I miss holding a job and teaching. Is their anyone out their that has gotten this far down too and after zapping, cleansing and changing their life style has been able to regain a good quality of life? Many times I feel like I'm at the end of my rope and their is NO HOPE. Also I've been diagnosed with FATTY LIVER. I need more info about this. Some of the things that I've read are not too promising. I don't drink and I have dramatically changed my eating habits. How did I get a fatty liver in the first place? Is a fatty liver simply liver stones and when they are gone the fatty liver will be too? I am very thankful to God for this web site! I'm on my own with my journey to wellness. My family and friends think I'm making everything up and I have lost all of my previous social life in the teaching field. My husband is my only support and most of the time he feels helpless. I feel like in finding this site I have found many new friends who will join with me in figuring out the missing pieces of the puzzle and walk with me on our journey to good health!
