Thanks for those positive words, nne. I will say that I find it helpful

to keep an image of how good it will feel later on, to pass up something in

the moment. And it also helped to keep in mind how very unhealthy most of

the stuff was that people were consuming at the office yesterday. When I

think about the mounds of sugar, fat, artificial color and flavor......it

makes it kind of yucky and unappealing!!

....it's a state of mind, ...you are positive thinking and in control

of your own destiny. Everyone has the strength within them...the secret is

tapping into it and using it beneficially...well done!
