Guest guest
I don't mean top sound harsh with anyone in this group, but please read on. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in the late 80's. I became unable to teach elementary school (one of the most wonderful aspects of my life) and had to retire at age 52. There are many, many other bad things I could choose to tell, but I don't feel it benefits me or any one who heres/reads it. The fibro can cause all kinds of stuff, so I know how you must all feel. I have learned to cope, live and even thrive by doing the following: I do my very best NOT to complain, and I count my MANY blessings (I could elaborate on this greatly, but won't at this time). I try my best to do what I can and let the rest go. I am also learning to rethink what I eat. EVERYTHING we take into our bodies affects us. Negative forces love for us to regurgitate the negative in our past, present and our future. But, this DOES NOT HELP US. Please, my sisters, take what has been meant for our destruction and turn it around for our good. I say this in all love only as a reminder. If I have offended anyone, please forgive me;it is not my intent. Terry in TN (USA) <> <
