So I'll be interested to know how you do without it. It's probably too late for you to get this tonight. My husband is doing his second flush tomorrow night and I'll do my 4th this coming Tuesday night. I've had just juice and broth today in preparation and will be doing a larger amount of the mix tonight, just to see if it makes a difference. I'm doing a pint of olive oil with a pint of grapefruit/lemon juice. I'll be in touch tomorrow to let you know how it goes. Let us know how your husband's flush goes - and yours, too. I think that I might actually be approaching the end of this regular flushing and will start spacing them out more.
