I started the Healthy Recipe folder with a recipe for my salsa . . . I served it to a group last night . . . Everybody wanted the recipe! I questioned using cucumber, but it made it even better! I made some homemade salsa yesterday that's wonderful . . . loaded with cilentro - known for removing heavy minerals.

I'll start a folder now . . . any of the moderators can put recipes up. Rogene
