Guest guest
Hi Bindi, I think the reason most people don't beat their fibro is that they don't have the perseverance to continue detoxing and eat clean long enough to beat it. It took me a year of doing both before I felt a lot better and longer than that to feel well. I didn't feel like I was totally cured for probably three years. Guest guest
Kenda, No, I haven't tried it with apple yet-that sounds interesting! Usually I just eat it with cheese-it's easiest. I've got a tiny bit of cheese left in the fridge....forgot to buy more. Gotta come up with something else to substitute till I can get to the store. lol My veggie chips will have to do!Kenda Skaggs <skaggs@...> wrote: Leyna,Have you tried garlic with a piece of apple? Guest guest
If you want to improve the "relationship" . . . you can serve him foods with a bit of garlic . . . He shouldn't notice yours then. Rogene Leyna <leyna1964@...> wrote: Ok, thank you! My husband and I don't exactly have a wonderful relationship, so I'm just going to stick with the eating the garlic raw for now. LOLRogene S <saxony01 > wrote: Hi Leyna, I've been traveling and just got to your message . . . I find it hard to judge how much garlic to use because the clove sizes are so different . .. . . you'll have to judge for yourself how much. You can get a garlic press in any kitchen gadget department. . . kinda like sissors, but with a box thing to put the garlic in. I've bought gel caps at pharmacy's for very little . . . then, some want quite a bit for them. . . Call around and see what you can find. Online is probably the cheapest way to go though.
