You really need to get to the doctor! . . . Get those capsules out . . . If the doctor wants a mammogram, he/she will order one.

I know it's very disheartening to have these problems. . . but ignoring them won't make them go away.

I would suggest trying grapefruit seed extract . . . Very inexpensive when you consider you use it by the drop, so a little goes a long way. . .

Nevertheless, you need medical attention. . . One of the things I'm concerned about is inflammatory breast cancer . . . IBC can be very aggressive and needs prompt treatment. One of it's symptoms is an inflammed area on the breast. It's not likely this is what you have - but you need to get the capsules out as well as get IBC ruled out.
