Guest guest
Hi Kenda I wanted to tell you that Dr. Leu is starting treatment for me for systemic Candida. Ketoconazole should arrive tomorrow. I am so hopeful that this might just be the answer. I am pretty desperate. It was a year yesterday since explant, and I am much worse off right now. The arthritis has spread to my back and I almost can't even get in and out of the car myself anymore. If it turns out my arthritis was caused by systemic candida, then I am not 100 percent sure anymore that it was caused by the implants. I won't know until I see if it works. My daughter was tested also and she has it too. However she is only ten and can't take the same treatment. She will be on a powder form of Nystatin, followed by some natural treatment. I was feeling like I just couldn't handle it anymore yesterday, but after speaking with Dr. Leu, I actually feel better emotionally. More hopeful anyway. Do you know anything about Ketoconazole and whether or not I would expect to herx? Thanks, and I hope you are doing well. Cherie
