Guest guest
Hi Bindi, Are you taking these for energy? I have taken both, although I can't recall if inositol worked, it was quite a while ago. I took 2 small spoons of d-ribose for a short period of time. I don't recall why but my ND wanted me to take it for a very short period of time and no longer. I'm guessing that I didn't need it because it wasn't helpful for me. Guest guest
I bought d-ribose based on its use for muscle energy. Inositol supposedly helps the body excrete silicone from the cells, as well as keeping cell membranes healthy. It also promotes healthy hair and hair growth, as well as being a mood stabilizer. We'll see if they work for me... Bindi Re: D-Ribose and Inositol Hi Bindi,Are you taking these for energy? I have taken both, although I can't recallif inositol worked, it was quite a while ago. Guest guest
Okay Ladies, I forgot where do we find this D-ribose? It sounds like it might help me.I have extreme fatigue and muscle weakness. My muscle pain used to be really bad for about 10 years now it has become more weakness than pain. Thanks Terri P > > I bought d-ribose based on its use for muscle energy. Inositol supposedly helps the body excrete silicone from the cells, as well as keeping cell membranes healthy. Guest guest
Bindi, I've taken the inositol...didn't notice much of anything (but then I could say that of almost all the supplements I;ve taken, with few exceptions!) Haven't heard of the other. What is it? Patty D-Ribose and Inositol Hey All, Anyone taking either d-ribose or inositol and have good results with it, and how much do you take? I purchased both but am wondering about a therapeutic dosage. Bindi
