Beth,

I agree - but it isn't my idea. I learned about the whole subject from a

book called " The Diet Cure " by a nutritionist named Ross. She says

that taking an amino acid sublingually speeds its effect because it is

absorbed by the large blood vessels there, and that l-glutamine is the only

one that tastes good.

I'm glad that it has been effective for you. We can use every little boost

we can get that makes this WOL easier!
