cleansing and emotions

You betcha and when you don't feel good and have to do your chores or jobs it's

hard, isn't it? True confessions: I used to be a BC asprin addict for so

long...:-( Killlin' the pain was killin' me, despite all the health foods and

good bowel cleansing etc. I was doing. The old liver had been too abused

(liquor, drugs/both kinds) when I was younger and was not functioning right

despite doing good things. I can fool anyone thinking I'm younger lookin' but

feelin' old inside. When I started doing flushes I realized I HAD, and I say HAD

to stop the asprins. So I kicked 'em for good this time. And about 6 weeks into

flushes (plus I'm doing Primal Defense)....I got a roaring migraine head ache.

Lasted 2 days, got better a day and came back for a day. 2 steps forward one

step back. I'm so proud of me... I road it out, asprin-less!!!! There comes a

time when you just have to say, " I'll suffer a little now so I don't die slowly

writhing in pain " . And all those emotions ride the roller coaster with ya,

yeah...they do! So ev-ery-body...hang the heck in thar! Ain't the support

reat? of Dewberry Hill doin' the 2 step and

willin' to feel a little worse than the bad I was already feelin' ...so I can

really feel grand one day not too far away!

Have you (anyone) noticed an emotional cleansing that goes along with the

physical cleansing? Any issues resolved during the time you've been

cleansing? Emotions more intense before/during/after a cleanse? It might be

interesting to discuss - maybe?
