Glad to help.

I honestly don't listen to it much. Am more open to the new age healing music

with natural sounds.

I am listening to a tibetian healing bowl piece right now and don't feel much

and would just rather turn

it off. Somehow my 'chakra' does not like their chakra.

I have finally got the videos to play. The bowel sounds I have them on some of

my CDs. I do not know much about the Chakra points, but the rhythm thing I used

to quieten my obsessive thinking, it also helped a lot to calm all the activity

I had over the right eye. I learned some of that with folk from ACoA, these

rhythem sounds along with the tapping and eye rolling are particularly helpful

when trying to overcome addiction.

Wellll,

I can say the Americans look after themselves because of self idolatry, LOL.

Here in Austin, you see a large section of population running, biking, walking,

swimming...looking pasty from plastic jobs...man, I have seen some doozies and

they were not 'purrttee' at all. As a matter of fact, they were downright

scary...no kidding!

The 'in' thing here is having your veggie garden, hens, solar energy on home

rooftops,

and water conservation. We are doing the same in our little home. We are about

to try

out an idea of conserving our water.

were always talking about looking after their teeth and so on. They like cod

Yup, he is beginning to be an icon on natural health here in the US.

He has a daily TV show. In my city he comes on twice a day.
