I'd like to try to heal my body and overcome binging/purging without any medicine. I feel like there's actually hope now that you are teaching me all of this. The video about the thyroid was really interesting. I saw a natural doctor this past summer (and wasted way too much money on it) but she told me that my thyroid wasn't function correctly and that had to do with my bulimia. anyways.. when the video talked about stress would that mean that my addiction to green tea (yes, because of the caffeine) and doing intense exercise would be bad? I know on Bee's site she says to just do easy exercise like yoga and walking. but I have a little obsession with weight training Do you think I should try to get into ketosis?
