Guest guest
Hello Yes, I have done it several times and I think it helps detox a lot. You may have to do it a few times to notice a difference in your FMS symptoms. Just think of all the years of toxins that have built up in your liver, so it takes a few times to clear it. Doing it every 6 months as a maintenance is also a good idea. This is what I have used:  http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp  Make sure you follow the directions very carefully, since this cleanse is a bit harsh. I did do the parasite cleanse before with the walnut tincture and clove and wormwood pills that you should be able to find at a health food store. Drinking the oil is the hardest part of it, so it is best to have the juice you use to mix be very cold. I shake it up or stir it between each gulp to keep it mixed up. Its gross, but boy does this cleanse deliver results. You will get some good stones out the next day.  If you arent sure you can do it this way, there are other 7 day cleanses - like this one: http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/Gallbladder_Flush_7_day_program.asp   Good luck!! Guest guest
Thanks Colleen! I am doing my mental preparation now while waiting on some herbs for my kidneys. I totally hear you; I'm expecting to be doing the liver flushes for maybe a year (every month); I just feel so toxic and now that I " m piecing it together feel like I have had blocked bile ducts for a while now. I am on the fence with the parasite cleanse b/c I feel like my family will reinfect me if just I do it, but don't have the umph to get everyone on an herbal supplement for a few weeks. Seeing a new Dr (a D.O.) in June and am going to ask her about that parasite med that you take for 3 days and then repeat after a couple weeks - seems like it would be a lot easier for us to do it that way. Going to check out the link you sent now! > > Hello > Yes, I have done it several times and I think it helps detox a lot.
