Ahhh...so it isn't specifically the apples, then, but the same would apply

to, say, beet juice or carrot juice, which are also very high in suger.

Right, the juicing concentrates the sugars. My doc says apple juice is just

like sugar water. I eat apples everyday. But for a flush I'm sure it's

okay to drink the apple juice if you don't have a yeast problem. laura
