Guest guest
I've been told that breathing difficulties can be a result of chiari. Love, MAUREEN To: chiarieGroups Subject: breathing difficulties >>I went to the dr. the other day. He said very little air was going through my airways. He said things were getting quite serious. He informed me that the airways were constricting. Is this Chiari related? Kathy
Guest guest
I found your resposes quite interesting. I guess there are some things I should have mentioned. I have lost my voice for the last month. I will be going through a sleep study soon. My headaches have been getting much worse. The dr. gave me fiorinal, but I have to wait til bedtime to take it because I am totally nonfunctional once it is in me. I am on 1800mg. of neurontin a day. I also take klonapin, propulsid ( digestive tract hypomotility disorder), prilosec(reflux), inderal (heart irregularities). I cannot lay on my right side because I feel extreme motion and get very nauseated. My symtoms starting coming back about two months after my surgery and just keep getting worse. In a CT scan they found spinal stenosis. So my dr. sent me back to the nrsg/ and he said not to worry about it. Kathy
