Hello Caitlin,

I, too found the patches weren't as sticky during the summer months, I

don't know if the humidity has anything to do with it. So I use an inch

wide adhesive medical tape. It helps to keep the patch on for me.

Caitlin,

I have found that I can get my local pharmacist (he is a small

compound pharmacist) to order the really thick paper tape. This works

the best for me - I also used it when I have scars to tape over, or

staples on incisions. It comes off gently, and leaves no residue.
