I agree Debra. I think a little apple juice is okay or just when flushing.

But I was overboard. Drinking it everydy. For me though. I probably had

the yeast problem before that and didn't know it. I would sometimes have

this yucky feeling all over my body and didn't know what it was. Alot of

times it would come after being in a department store. Good luck with all

your deciding ! laura
