HI Teddi, This disease is very strange and unusual. You never know from

one day to the next how you are going to be. I've had this for 6 years

now. Have stablized now, have had relapses, ups and downs. You know how

it is. Don't give up it CAN get better. It's those medications that do

it to our bodies to. Vicious circle. You know more than anyone what

you can and can't do. It's your body not the Doctors. What totally

amazes me is one day I can be able to do something regarding my muscels.

Like climbing the stairs and then the very next day I just can't do it.

Then I know it's a relapse and I'd get all upset down and out. Thank

goodness that hasn't happened for a while. Tomorrow night tuesday I have

a healing circle\support group. You will all be in our thoughts and

prayers and we will send you all healings. I do this at the bookstore

every week. It's not a church group just a loving suportive group I

started. LOVE HEALS AND BELIEVE love you Helen

Hi Helen

Actually, I am very fortunate in that I can

get around pretty good. Wear out easily

but don't we all. In order to do what I

want to do I conserve my energy on low

priority things (like housework, ets.) <LOL>

and

use any aid that I think will make it

easier.....cane......walker......motorized

wheelchair....whatever the occasion

calls for. I'm at a place now where I

can't see any improvement. Friends

say I get around better than I did last

year but I can't tell it. And heaven knows

you can't tell by how you feel.....good one

day and rotten the next.

Teddi
