Guest guest
How do you know, how much carb you are getting? > > Tina > > most of us can have the butter, only a very few people have to have the ghee. Although lactose and casein is often problematic, it is only because we are so poorly, as the months go by we do develop bacteria to deal with both if these > > Most of us can handle a trace of lactose and casein from day one, because we usually do have traces of the pathogens needed. The only reason why we have mainly candida is our diet has had too many carbs and other things that are toxic for us. when we get our carbs right down. Like me i only eat 15g of carbs, so if a trace of bad carbs gets in my body does deal with it without using candida. It will only use the candida when i start having 3og or more > > So very low carbs enables us to eat traces of bad carbs. higher carbs and candida can come anyway. We each have our own cut off point. for me above 25g and my body starts using candida to digest my carbs, less than this it tends to use bacteria. the bacteria is the correct pathogen to digest carbs without stomach trouble > > Daily small amounts of bad carbs and other toxins are getting into my body but because my daily carb intake is so low my body copes and does not create candida > > hope this make sense > > Here is an ad for ghee > > http://www.pureindianfoods.com/ > > I do not like the taste of ghee but it is a very healthy dairy food > > Love joanne > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Thursday, 26 January 2012, 21:17 > Subject: Ghee Butter > > > Â > Where do you buy this?I have never seen it.By the rugular butter and margarine?I guess I have heard of it,but never took the time to see what it was all about. > > > > >
