I had to pay $150.00 for the shipping and handling from Dr. Kolb's office to have them sent to Dr. Blaise.

Ok well is my limit up ? I had put in Nov 03,had another surgery Mar 03, had another surgery Jan 06... and now I'll have removed Oct 06...what do you think ?

I haven't looked at it much. I think a complete report is $500.00. I'll probably do it but I'm trying to get other papers done first. Penni
