Guest guest
Thanks for this Joanne. I am quite determined to do things right .. > > > > Saisha > > Â > > Here this doctor is promoting the ketogenic diet to treat diabetes. This is not exactly the same as Bees diet but it is a very good diet and it does help people recover from Diabetes and other related illnesses. This diet is based on the Atkins diet and it is more or less the diet I was following before I found Bees site. I had a lot of healing with my fibro and addiction troubles following the Atkins in a ketogenic fashion, but where I now see it is not correct is that it allows far too many 'fake' foods on that diet, and the supplement regime is not natural in the same context that bees supplement regime is. again this will take some explainong but if you stay here with us all this will make more sense. When folk are struggling with Bees stuff I often tell them to use the Atkins book to find 'cheat foods' but these cheat foods are better avoided really. What I have seen is that those folk that really work on trying to fit as closely to a natural diet, > > and preferably Bees diet do get the most healing. But it can be abit hard if you are not used to it, so very low carb cheats are the answer for some folk. Me I never cheat at all now. I have a routine in place where everything I want and need is at the end of my finger tips. But it took some time to get to this place with my healing. But this works for me, and I see it every day working for others here and at Bees forum. And folk that have made some progress with GAPs sometimes change to Bees diet and their healing really takes off > > Â > > > > Â > > Hope this makes sense, it will do if you stay here > > Â > > Love Joanne > > > >
