Guest guest
I attribute the heart thing with family genetics. Heart abnormalities run in the family. So far my son has mitral valve prolapse and his son was born with the heart on the right side. Males in my family tend to have more problems than the females. I need to be extra careful, at times I have almost passed out even climbingstairs in my home. So it isn't warmups that will help me as much as steady walk- ing will keep the heart on an even flow of exercise. My heart always felt weak when I had fibro, and I had a weird pain sometimes there, but more so I had numbness. As I have become more well the pain is definitely gone, but the numbness is still kind of there faint but kind of there But more obvious, I think is my issue with blood flow. I was not sure this was a blood flow issue, and it has taken me some time to figure this out, but in the morning when I wake up I can be 'half asleep' for an hour or so. I have gotten used to this, but occasionally it is more severe. A while back I had some cocoa and noticed the sensation vanished, I tried this again next time it happened and the cocoa shifted it again. I read that cocoa improves blood flow and I have also read a fair few times that fibro brains have poor blood flow
