Sandy's response was to a reply I sent her -- I pulled off some names

from explantation.com's surgeon's list that were in her friend's area.

Thought it would be a start.

Hearing this frustrates me.

No offense to anyone, but that is part of why I don't like the Northeast.

All of the surgeons' offices (with the exception of one I couldn't get

to call me back )I contacted in my region were informative, at the very

least, and some were downright friendly (gasp!).

I had some of the surgeons respond personally. Two of the secretaries

called me back -- one called me back late on a Friday afternoon telling

me that they wouldn't be able to answer my en bloc question until Monday

and to just hold tight.

Maybe your friend just needs to travel. I know that Dr. Kolb called me

back personally within hours of contacting her by email. Dr. Melmed

replied personally as well. Both of their secretaries were very kind

and helpful, and went above and beyond.

We need to take Dr. Darrow off the explantation.com list, I guess.
